Get ready for deep-fried southern comedy! The Turpins are an eccentric and highly dysfunctional Southern Bible Belt family. When the family patriarch, Bud Turpin, expires at the breakfast table, the whole clan becomes involved in the proceedings to get the old man buried, including his “widow in mourning” [not] who wants to have “Mean & Surly” inscribed upon his headstone.
