• Hawaiian Cultural Festival, Seattle Center, September 7, 2008What:Experience the spirit of Hawaiian culture on Sunday at the first-ever Live Aloha Hawaiian Cultural Festival at Seattle Center:  music and dance in two entertainment areas - vendors - a music workshop - documentaries - displays - lei-making workshop for adults and older children - Hawaiian food booths.  Keiki Korner: children’s area featuring Hawaiian children’s stories, Hawaiian games (Konane, or Hawaiian checkers, and Hu, a Hawaiian top game), a hula workshop, activity sheets, and lei-making with felt flowers.
