When sending information about events, please be sure to include the following information. If the items in boldface below are not included, your event will not be listed on the event calendars until we are able to contact you.
- Date(s) of event
- Time(s) of event (e.g. “from 10:00am-6:00pm, daily”)
- Event cost, if any. If free, say so.
- Location of event. Include a complete address with city and zip where possible.
- Event website, if any.
- Ticket venue if not listed anywhere else.
You may also want to include:
- Contact info.
- Contact phone #
- Parking info., if pertinent
- Any other special instructions/details.
Events received will be added to the calendar at the earliest possible opportunity.
